Fujifilm announced the launch of 2012 for a new range of compact superzoom, better known as "travel zoom".

In all three new models will be launched around March this year. Topping the range is the FinePix F770EXR, and then the F750EXR F660EXR. In this article we will examine only the two top models.

As we shall see below, these compact cameras only have the name because inside is a professional equipment ready for use.

With a huge amount of features, there is presently a difference to the F770EXR F750EXR: the inclusion of a module in the first GPS-enabled for geo-location and navigation, including over one million points of interest and tourist photo around the world.

Both models feature a 20x zoom (25-500mm), which is done only in equipment of this size. The CMOS sensor is the brand new 16-megapixel EXR EXR Processor with Self-management with more than 100 photographic standards. They can shoot in RAW, can perform continuous shooting speed of 8 frames per second, enabling the use of sensitivity between ISO 100 to 12800. The image is stabilized against vibration through a combined system of stabilizing the level of the sensor and change the ISO.

Both have the function of shooting in 3D, creating 360-degree panoramas, photographs by making multiple exposures, face recognition to identify the name of the players (up to 8 people), shooting mode for dogs and cats, identifying up to 10 animals per image, HDR bracketing mode in which three images are taken simultaneously and automatically combined to create a final image HDR.

In addition to these capabilities, as if it were not enough, it is still possible to record video in high definition 1080p at 30fps, with stereo sound and use the powerful zoom. The more creative users can record video up to 320fps high-speed lets you capture every detail of quick images, which can then be viewed in real slow motion.

All this controlled via an LCD 3 "inches and the resolution of 460k, clearly visible under strong sunlight.

In aesthetic terms, these models can be purchased from Fujifilm in the following colors:

F770EXR - Black, Red, Blue, White and Champagne.
F750EXR - Black, Red and White.

For the less daring, not least in financial terms, may choose to model the lower range, the F660EXR, the main differences is the absence of the GPS module and a more limited zoom range, only 15x, or 24 -360mm.

Whatever the choice, certainly these models, Fujifilm will be a success to be followed by the competition.
